For additional persons, we charge €15 per night per person.

Depart at your leisure until 11:00. When leaving the apartment, please place the apartment keys on the table and pull the door closed behind you. Please understand that we have to charge a flat rate of €100 if a room key is lost. A later departure until 12:00 is possible by prior arrangement. Please contact us about this. If you are departing earlier than planned, we would appreciate a message the day before your departure so that our housekeeping can be deployed optimally.

We are happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair free of charge. Simply reserve them before arrival, or contact our team during your stay.

The accommodation is equipped with a kitchen that is handed over clean and with a complete inventory. We kindly ask you to put dishes, cutlery and pots back into the cupboards only in a clean condition.
Please do not shower outside the shower cubicle. Please keep the bathroom largely dry.

For stays of at least 7 days, we offer a free intermediate cleaning on request. This includes cleaning the floors, changing the towels, disposing of the rubbish, replenishing toilet paper, coffee pads and soap, and a quick clean of the bathroom and kitchen. An additional intermediate cleaning at whatever interval you wish is available for €25 per clean. Please contact our team to arrange this.

Upon departure, we kindly ask our guests to leave the apartment swept clean and with washed dishes. Heavy soiling will be charged according to the effort involved, with a minimum charge of €25. As a deposit, we take the liberty of retaining your credit card or passport details. This data will be irrevocably deleted by us on the day of your departure.

• Turn the air conditioning/fan up by one degree or open the window for cooler air
• Set the refrigerator to medium cooling
• Only run the dishwasher when fully loaded and use the eco programme
• Switch off lights and air conditioning/fan when leaving the apartment

• Close windows and doors when leaving the apartment
• Air briefly with windows wide open instead of tilting them

We welcome suggestions and ideas for improvement. If anything is not to your satisfaction, please let us know right away so that we can put it right during your stay.
Guest satisfaction is our top priority.

We kindly ask you to observe the mandatory quiet hours between 22:00 and 6:00. The apartments, their furnishings and other property must not be damaged. Please note that any damage caused will have to be charged for.

Before your departure day, please enter your invoice details in our guest system. An invoice will be sent automatically to the email address you provided on the day of departure. You received access to our guest system by email.

The rental price includes bed linen, towels, tea towels, washing-up liquid and bin bags. We also provide coffee pads for the coffee machine, detergent for the washing machine, and salt and pepper. Please let us know if you need a top-up or anything else. Final cleaning is also included in the price.

Pets are warmly welcome. For the additional cleaning effort, we charge a flat rate of €15 per night per pet. Please register your pet with us before your arrival.

All of our apartments are non-smoking apartments. We reserve the right to charge the replacement value for damage to the inventory in the form of burn marks. The additional effort of special cleaning will be charged at €300.

Many apartments have a sofa bed for additional guests. If you have booked the apartment for more people and are using the sofa bed, you will find the bed linen and towels for it in the wardrobe. If you have any questions about its use, please feel free to contact us.

All of our apartments have a washing machine, which you can use free of charge along with the detergent provided.
If you have any questions about it, please contact our team.

Please dispose of your rubbish in the designated waste containers (yellow: plastic, green: paper and brown: residual waste) in the corridors; these are emptied daily. If there are no waste containers in the corridors, please contact us. We will collect the rubbish from you if needed. On departure, you can leave the rubbish in the apartment and we will dispose of it for you during the final cleaning.
