Apartment or hotel room?
An apartment offers you everything a hotel room offers – and considerably more: generous living and sleeping areas, a fully equipped kitchen and the freedom to organise your day independently of breakfast and restaurant hours. Especially for families, groups and longer stays, a holiday apartment is usually also the more affordable choice, as you book an entire flat rather than individual rooms. And you do not have to give up any of the comfort you are used to: bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included, and our team is personally available for you.
Booking, changes & cancellations
Book your stay conveniently through our website. Depending on the rate you booked, you can make changes and cancellations yourself. To do so, click the “Detailed Booking Information” link at the bottom of the booking confirmation email you received immediately after booking. On the following page, please enter the email address you used when booking as well as your last name. You can then view, modify or cancel your reservation.
Depending on the rate, up to two rebookings are possible free of charge. Changes and cancellations are free of charge up to three days before arrival.
Please note that for reservations made through booking portals such as Booking.com, the terms and conditions listed there apply.
Direct booking – your advantages
When you book directly through our website, you are guaranteed the best price – with no booking fees and no agency costs. You benefit from flexible change and cancellation options up to three days before arrival, and with our team you have a personal point of contact before, during and after your stay. Exclusive offers such as the Long Stay Special with the discount code LONGSTAY (20% off for stays of 30 nights or more) are also only available when booking through our website.
Discount for longer stays
For longer stays, you benefit from attractive special rates. For stays of 30 nights or more, enter the discount code LONGSTAY when booking through our website and receive a 20% discount on the booking price.

How to reach us:
Arriving by car:
Coming from the A5 motorway, take the exit Freiburg-Mitte and drive towards Freiburg on the B31a.
Our apartments are located in Freiburg’s pedestrian zone and cannot be reached by car. Please use one of the city-centre car parks and reach us on foot.
Arriving by public transport:
From the main railway station, take tram line 3 towards Zähringen. Please get off at the Bertoldsbrunnen stop. After a walk of about 4 minutes you will reach us.
Check-in
Our team is available from 13:00 to 21:00 by phone or email for any questions as well as for tips and recommendations about Freiburg. Arrival is possible from 16:00. By prior arrangement, we are happy to make an earlier arrival before 16:00 possible.
Late arrival is also possible by prior arrangement. After 21:00 you will receive your apartment key via a key box. Please contact us before your arrival to arrange this.
Check-out
Depart at your leisure until 11:00. When leaving the apartment, please place the apartment keys on the table and pull the door closed behind you.
A later departure until 12:00 is possible by prior arrangement. Please contact our team about this. If you are departing earlier than planned, we would appreciate a message the day before your departure so that our housekeeping can be deployed optimally.
Our services
The rental price includes bed linen, towels, tea towels, washing-up liquid and bin bags. We also provide coffee pads for the coffee machine, detergent for the washing machine, and salt and pepper. Please let us know if you need a top-up or anything else. Final cleaning is also included in the price.
Cleaning
For stays of at least 7 days, we offer a free intermediate cleaning on request. This includes cleaning the floors, changing the towels, disposing of the rubbish, replenishing toilet paper, coffee and soap, and a quick clean of the bathroom and kitchen.
An additional intermediate cleaning at whatever interval you wish is available for €25 per clean. Please contact our team to arrange this.
Upon departure, we kindly ask our guests to leave the apartment swept clean and with washed dishes. Heavy soiling will be charged according to the effort involved, with a minimum charge of €25. As a deposit, we take the liberty of retaining your credit card or passport details. This data will be irrevocably deleted by us on the day of your departure.
Washing machine
All of our apartments have a washing machine, which you can use free of charge along with the detergent provided. If you have any questions about it, please contact our team.
Sofa bed
Many apartments have a sofa bed for additional guests. If you have booked the apartment for more people and are using the sofa bed, you will find the bed linen and towels for it in the wardrobe. If you have any questions about its use, please feel free to contact us.
Internet
All apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi.
Pets
Pets are warmly welcome. For the additional cleaning effort, we charge a flat rate of €15 per night per pet. Please register your pet with us before your arrival.
Children
We are happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair free of charge. Simply reserve them before arrival, or contact our team during your stay.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the apartments or anywhere in the building. Please understand that we will charge €300 in case of non-compliance.
Invoice
Before your departure day, please enter your invoice details in our guest system. An invoice will be sent automatically to the email address you provided on the day of departure. You will receive access to our guest system a few days before arrival.
Additional persons
For additional persons, we charge €15 per night per person.
